(AP) West Virginia University is taking action to prevent an incident from happening in the future, as a local student reported he was threatened by a fraternity member over his political views.
The incident occurred in a frat house in the western part of the state on Saturday night, WVU President David Evans said Sunday.
The fraternity was not named in the news release.
Evans says university police and university administrators will meet on Monday to discuss the incident.
The university is considering adding new security measures, he said.
