By JAMES SAGAN, Associated Press college football: The Associated Press will have its first full-season Big Ten conference title game in 2020.
The game will be played in Omaha, Nebraska, the conference’s second home, on Sept. 17.
The league will host an extra-large game in Chicago in 2021, the second of four Big Ten titles that are set to be played during the 2020 season.
It is the first time that two conferences will play a full season each in 2020 and 2021.
The 2020 season will be its ninth season and the first in the Big Ten, which began in 1996.
The 2021 season will also mark the league’s 10th conference title.
College football will play in its 20th season when it begins next year in Chicago.
